At AccomFinder, we believe that every student deserves more than just a room they deserve a safe, reliable, and welcoming place to call home.
Founded by a University of Pretoria student, AccomFinder was born out of lived experience. Too many students face the uncertainty of housing scams, overcrowded or unsafe living spaces, and a lack of transparency when searching for accommodation. I know these struggles personally, and that’s why AccomFinder is not just a platform, it’s a mission.
We are building a space where students can easily explore accredited residences, private accommodation, and university housing, all in one trusted hub. Beyond listings, AccomFinder provides student-driven reviews, safety tips, and verified information to help young people make informed decisions about where they live.
Our vision is simple: to create a South Africa where students can focus on their studies and personal growth, without being exploited in their search for housing. We’re starting with the University of Pretoria, but our mission stretches to every campus in the country.
