Yes, a top-up is payable if the amount covered by Bursar or NSFAS is less than the monthly rental of the selected room.
Will there be any extra charges in addition to the rent after the agreement is signed?
Yes. In addition to rent, Varsity Studios may charge an administration/booking fee and any extra electricity usage beyond what’s included.
On what date is rent expected to be paid?
Rent must be paid in advance by the 1st of each month. Your initial payment is due on or before the date your lease begins.
What should I do if I’m not comfortable providing my bank statements or payslips?
